Some problem may arise at site or during the execution of the process unintentionally or accidentally thus an individual consultancy service exclusive for customers are provided to ease the end users.

We offer guidance and help 24 hours, 7 days a week as we want to provide the best for our customers. Our technical support team is reachable anytime and anywhere.

Remote and Local Help

Our technical support provides online and phone sessions technical help and guidance to solve any question that may arise while developing IoT projects or after-sales service.

Local Support

As Nex-Plex is developed by MH Delima Sdn Bhd and UiTM locally, the spare parts can be easily obtained.

We have also consisted of young and energetic local Malaysian engineers and IT developers where mode of communication is solely in Bahasa Malaysia and English, to provide a better understanding in terms of technical support and training to end-users.
